What I do is I give myself a reward if I complete the task. For example, I hike to the grocery store but some days, I don't feel like it. So I buy a carton of ice cream in addition to the other stuff. Works every time.
One trick is that the task you procrastinate, make sometime to leave it there, don't do it and don't think about it. After a month, you might have better motivation and mindset to do it.
