Every time Emsisoft Anti-Malware finds a thread even a false positive it adds it to the log files as a threat. These false positive threats can add up over several scans and can be quite annoying.
As far as I know I am the first to be able to find a temp solution to this problem, till Emsisoft is able to fix the problem.
1) Go to settings under general tab.
2) Click factory defaults, select only "General Software Setting" Unless you want to reset Everything but that's your choice.
3) That's it. The malware count should reset back to zero.
Please note: You have to apply this trick every time you want to reset back to zero. This will change all settings back to default, you will have to reapply your preferred settings if you change it.
