Respect for the Avast Helpdesk

I just renewed my license ( not direct with Avast ) and bought the wrong one, i need Ultimate ( because of the VPN ) but bought Premium.
I contacted the Avast help desk and asked them to merge my current subscription ( Ultimate ) with the new one ( Premium )
The helpdesk guy saw 2 different subscriptions, and i told him, i wrongly bought the wrong one. He said , No issue and merged them all in to Ultimate.

Can say, this is the first time i used the helpdesk of Avast and those people are super dedicated and friendly.
