Hell Andy ful's software is just Microsoft itself just tweaking it for you because your to lazy to learn.

@Divergent some of us do like the ease and ability of doing this through an app, which shows all of the settings in a organized way (like DefenderUI).

I fully understand this I was just making a point. Their behavior should not be above the rules here, no one should be.
