Another Cumulative Update (kb4495666) just installed to move to build 18362.53.
Edit: Weird it asked for a second reboot.

Update: Just uninstalled KB4495666, cause it crashed my FPS from stable 40s to low 10s. RIP my game

Back to Build 18362.53, reinstalled Nvidia drivers after installing CU and FPS drop issue is resolved.
Edit: Reinstall after cleaning with DDU.
