i have acquired malwarebytes premium package from my father in law, is this more useful to have disc?

There is no need to do anything else except what I am telling you.

  • Download MBAR archive from the latest link I give you
  • Double click to unpack it from Safe mode w/ Networking
  • If if fails to start, open MBAR folder from your Desktop and then start mbar.cmd
  • Follow instructions.

When you unpack it by double clicking mbar-1.09.4.1001.exe, you should open mbar folder and start mbar.cmd like on the image below1234.png .
