SecureAPlus 6.7.6 is out now

We’re pleased to present SecureAPlus 6.7.6

Bugs fixed:

• After installing SecureAPlus for the first time, the license type shown as Lite. It is supposed to be Essentials.
• Digital signature verification was not active at the early boot-up state.
• Trusted certificate was not added if it is already in the list

Modifications:

• Improve the speed when opening the dialog in SecureAPlusUI.exe
• Improve the speed when installing SecureAPlus service.

SecureAPlus 6.7.7 is out now

New features:

- Handling sharing violation when writing to the log file

- Support software downgrade for managed SecureAPlus

Modifications:

- Silent mode: no auto-quarantine if only APEX detects during real-time scan

- Suppress real-time scan dialog for managed restricted users

Bugs fixed:

- McAfee slowness issue

- Whitelisted command line was not shown if there is a corrupted entry in whitelist database

- Vulnerability in saappctl.sys that allows restricted user to perform arbitrary write operation

Hi all

SecureAPlus 6.7.8 is out now

Bugs fixed:
- Blue screen in the application control driver.
- Uninstall without reboot, and reinstall, will cause some files to be deleted after reboot, and unable to retain the existing license.
- Stack overflow in SecureAPlus UI when computer hardware changed.
- Universal AV crashed.
- Everything.exe spawns too many instances for Remote Desktop users

What's new:
- Support upgrade to CatchPulse without reboot.
- Updated Everything to 1.4.1.1022

SecureAPlus 6.8.0 is out now

Release Notes

Modification/Enhancement
- Reduce RAM usage in Universal AV
- No longer supporting SMS v5
- No longer sending whitelist to SMS

Bugs fixed
- Script extension was not shown in the log when SMS/Portal delete script
- Insert PDF Object into MSWord
- Automatic send log, and stop sending log
- Antivirus was removed when service is not running
- Policy sync is not updated after one sync
