Request Separate scroll for sidebar?

Is this a possibility? It only scrolls about half way unless I scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. Thanks.

I really would like to see that fixed, don't want to have to scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to see Latest Posts and Threads.

I also would like to be able to see them once again on private message pages, which I use a lot.
