Hello,
I've noticed some high CPU usage from "[Service host: Service for platform user connected devices_2e7f0e4b]".
I'm note sure of the English translation.
Is thgis a normal event or not ?
Thanks.

It's a normal Windows 10 service/process.

Which build version of Windows 10 are you running (ie. Version 1809)?

Have you restarting the computer to see if the CPU usage settles?
