ShadowFreeze may be used under the following conditions:
1. License Requirement
Use of ShadowFreeze requires a valid license obtained
from xanasoft.com.
Notwithstanding the above, ShadowFreeze may be used
without a license for a limited evaluation period on
no more than three (3) devices, solely for the purpose
of evaluating the software before purchase.
2. Redistribution
The original, unmodified ShadowFreeze binaries may be
redistributed free of charge.
Modified binaries, repackaged distributions, or
redistribution for which a separate fee is charged are
not permitted without prior written authorization from
the copyright holder.
3. License Restrictions
A ShadowFreeze license may only be used in accordance
with the terms applicable to the license type purchased,
including any restrictions concerning the number of
devices, duration of use, update entitlement, and private
or commercial use.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COPYRIGHT
HOLDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, DATA LOSS, SYSTEM
DAMAGE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR OTHER LIABILITY,
WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM,
OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OF
