Great Config. One suggestion do not use Google auth.You can try Zoho OneAuth or Ente Auth.

I have 2 Poco phones here , both HyperOS and HYPER Load of ADS on the phone.
First no ADS, but they will come, dont worry.

I used a Xiaomi filter for AdGuard and got rid of those ads. But there was a specific app (I think the maintenance one) that wouldn't work then.

It is the security app which includes the maintenance tools; it can work for most of functions offline, but few are online-dependent.

No ads on Xiaomi's flagship models
On Poco, it depends on the model (on an X7 Pro, I don't see any)

On Redmi, yes, but you can remove them in 30 seconds

Usually I use Google apps (Xiaomi native apps are inferior to, except calculator), so I do not encounter any ads.

hows the EOL? How long xiaomi receives updates? Specs are great, but rest of xiaomi phones i have no clue how they do.

I have year of updates left on pixel 6a, then im probably going for the one that receives longest updates, samsung is probably the longest one receiving updates, but they often become slow/laggy before EOL

Yeah seems so. Had to do research and seems they can receive updates up to 6 years (xiaomi), so that does sound good

Only for flagship phones; for entry and mid-range ones, 2-3 years.

Xiaomi has improved its update support.
The 17 series is announced with 5 years of Android updates and 6 years of security updates.
Patches are released quarterly, just like Honor
