I use it for Plague Inc Evolved, Infinte DNA on single player mode so I can unlock all achievements and equipment.

I did the same with Action Replay tool on PS1 (For testing purpose only ! or not )

Not much. Only what is needed for testing...

Everything I have installed amounts to only 1.37 GB.

Try duplicating that number by installing an antivirus or internet security suite...

I also have portable SysInternals Process Explorer, Monitor and HitmanPro on the system. Those don't show up on the Programs and Features list.
