I have Rollback but never installed it until recently because of all the horror stories
just uninstall it every 2-3 weeks, reboot, and run TRIM. Then reinstall.

And uninstall it before the reboot on a major windows update. They don't happen that often.
Worse comes to worse, you just restore from macrium reflect, and you are fine.

I'm not trying to knock OP's setup, but I use RollBack Rx and Drive Cloner Rx and you're going to essentially get the same results but slightly easier to use and probably more cost effective.

I had Rollback and one of their sales guys gave me a discount when I asked if there was a bundle discount for Drive Cloner with RollBack. So there's that...

Not always but for the most part, Macrium or Cloner = an image is an image. I see nothing better about cloner than macrium.

advantage is that Drive Cloner Rx preserves Rollback snapshots (so the company claims), whereas Macrium does not.
I never tried Drive Cloner Rx, but that is the feature they talk up.

Man I don't know, maybe I'm losing my mind.... BUT I was positive that in a previous post listed above I described that macrium and AX64TM V1 worked with, and preserved the snapshots made with RollbackRX

absolutely right. your mind is well put-together.
I think that JHolmes is just trying to find another route to the destination that you have already arrived at. Many roads to the same destination.

It's possible Macrium can, but whenever I tried I had to reset the MBR which removed Rollback and the snapshots. This is why I was kinda confused, but if you can find a way to make it work that's pretty awesome.

I find if you talk to HDS (the developers) and ask about a bundle deal they'll give you a discount. I got a license for Drive Cloner for pretty cheap :)

I never tried Drive Cloner Rx, but that is the feature they talk up.

It only works if you're using newest versions of each and it needs to be a full backup (not incremantal, cloning, etc) but if you do that it should work fine.
