I always downloaded and run Shutup10 from its official website below.

A few days ago, I started using the PatchMyPC app.

I noticed it doesn't list Shutup10, because I don't have its portable version on my PC.

Why PatchMyPC decided to list the portable version of Shutup10 and not the normal one?
What is the difference between its portable one and a normal one?

Thanks.

Probably nothing, because the original is also portable.

Yes, I run it, and noticed that my settings are left the same.
I have other Shutup10 exe file in my D drive, which also has .ini file of it.
So maybe the new Shutup10 file that PatchMyPC downloaded, used that .ini file in drive D?
Is this possible?

With the latest versions (I don't know any more with what version) don't use that ini file anymore. The data is now stored in C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\OO Software\OO ShutUp10. So you can delete that ini file.
