Assuming you have it enabled for the problem site, maybe you could try disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection and see if that makes a difference.I doubt any of this is a FF problem, it probably has more to do with those sites.

I agree that it's much more customizable than othe chromium variants but the whole UI seems overblown or bloated because of all thse options. I tried it again this week and it just turned me off. I had to uninstall it after a short swing through all those settings. I can see its attraction for some users - maybe power users.I have never seen a more customizable browser.
I tried Brave about 2 years ago. It was very slow and the ad blocker didn't work well at all. I haven't really wanted to try it again.I will give Brave a try in the near future. It loaded so slow in the past and I don't remember whether I could get the start/nee page a clean empty new tab.
Just tried, find the home tab very annoying, Brave is not for me.
Did you tried the adblocker only with standard mode?I tried Brave about 2 years ago. It was very slow and the ad blocker didn't work well at all. I haven't really wanted to try it again.
I think so, but I don't recall much about it. If I'm feeling adventurous, I might give it another spin.Did you tried the adblocker only with standard mode?

FF has Tracking Protection which will block some ads. Add Privacy Badger or µBO, etc.. to supplement.I wish FF had a built in ad blocker, one thing I am trying to do with this little experiment is keep extensions to a bare minimum.
Vivaldi looks good but in the end is just too much trouble. I removed it and will continue testing out this new Firefox.
You can set home page at any URL you choose, new tab cab be blank page, for me start-up is a touch faster then Edge.I will give Brave a try in the near future. It loaded so slow in the past and I don't remember whether I could get the start/nee page a clean empty new tab.
