Advice Request Someone know if this is safe?

Im turnning game on two times and nothing is appearing then im turning on 3rd client and malware is blocking it saying its trojan.
I tried on a different server and turned on 4 accounts and there was no info from malwarebytes. Now im not sure if malware got really detected something or not becaue when im doing scans its shows 0 problem. Someone have an idea why it is like this ?
