Opera is not a browser I would ever use or recommend due to concerns about privacy. Here are some concerning details I found last time I checked the Opera privacy policy:

Well, by using any Chromium browser you're probably making a lot of compromises about your data privacy, too. I don't believe Brave is so trustworthy in that regard, in fact I would love to check an effective comparison between it and other Chromium browsers.
