Hello everyone, just to clarify, I am 58 years old, live in Spain (and therefore have everything on my computer in Spanish) and am here because I THINK I may have a problem. To start with, thank you in advance for your time (and patience) - hopefully I won't use too much of either. I have Windows 7, and use both Chrome and IE (11), Malwarebytes Pro and Microsoft Security Essentials. I am writing because I noticed that (in IE, though I can't see it on Chrome) I have listed under "complementos" (Tools/administer "complementos"), under "barras de herramientas y extensiones" (Toolbars and extensions?), under the title of "unavailable" (as opposed to Microsoft Corp or Hewlwtt Packard..) "YoutubeAdblocker" and "suRf aNd keeap", neither of which allow the option to remove (others in the same list have a "deshabilitar" (remove) option). When I click on "more details" I get "Tipo" (type?) "objeto auxiliar de explorador" (explorer auxiliary object?)" "Arquitectura" (architecture?) 32 bit and 64 bit, and "Archivo" (file) j.x64.dll. I enclose details of each as 2 files So here I am. Should I maybe uninstall IE? Thank you, Cio
