Hi

I have a problem with some file called svchost.exe consuming most of my cpu memory. I know i have to generate 2 logs with farbar recovery system but when i try to execute FRST64 the windows disapear and i cannot install the software, the same happens when i try to access to antimalware sites. I had to download the program from my cellphone and then transfer it to my computer. That i cant download it is part of the same problem?, how can i execute the sofware?.

Regards

UPDATE: it seems i have a little time when i restart my computer to execute a scan but im afraid its incomplete, is it enought so you can help me?.

Hello,

Can you attach Addition.txt report as well?
Hello when i made the scan i didnt see the addition.txt file. Let me check.

Hello,

Can you attach Addition.txt report as well?
The reason i think i dont get the addition.txt file is because the software doesnt finish the scan before the malware or virus or whatever it is closes the program, i only get an incomplete frst.txt file, and i say incomplete because at the end of the frst.txt file doesnt say "end of log". i restart the pc and i start the scan as fast as possible but the program is closed almost inmediately.

update
Actually i checked and it seems the frst file is complete im only missing the addition.txt file. I will make another attempt to get it.

Hello,

Can you attach Addition.txt report as well?
No, i cant get it, the program closes too fast, is there other way i can execute it?

I would like you to boot to Safe mode with Networking. Then:

Scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and save it to your desktop.
  • Install the progam.
  • Click the Scan tab, choose Threat Scan is checked and click Start Scan.
  • If threats are detected, click the Quarantine Selected button. You will now be prompted to reboot. Click Yes.
  • Upon completion of the scan (or after the reboot), click the Reports tab.
  • Double-click the Scan Log.
  • At the bottom click Export and choose Text file.
Save the file to your desktop and include its content in your next reply.

Nothing weird there, MalwareBytes cleaned a lot of malware, so system is finally breathing.

FRST.gif
Fix with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

  • Right-click on
    FRST.gif
    icon and select
    RunAsAdmin.jpg
Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
  • Press the Fix button just once and wait.
  • If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
  • When finishes FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Please attach it to your reply.
