Steps taken to resolve, but have been unsuccessful

After creating a clone of my hard drive and installing it to use it. I get this error every time the computer starts up and then the computer restarts and things seem to work ok

I have already tried updating all the drivers from device manager. But I went to Dell.com and
went through the drivers list and updated each driver. After I was done I restarted the computer
and the problem is fixed.
Thank you for you help.

Nice to have a problem solved
