The malware installs itself without any reaction from the antivirus, and the machine is quickly infected.</p><p>It's a pity, because it started out so well...</p><p>Tachyon can't even remove malware from the pack... why?</p><p></p><p></p><p>Final scan : </p><p>Tachyon : 0</p><p>Malwarebytes : 15</p><p>Autoruns : 2</p><p>NPE : 5</p><p>KVRT : 6 <span style="color: rgb(184, 49, 47)">(Infection in memory ! )</span></p><p></p><p>Final opinion:</p><p></p><p>Tachyon's security solution is light and unobtrusive enough to be appreciated by novices.</p><p>Tachyon's partnership with Bitdefender is a great asset, as in the past, Tachyon has lagged far behind when it comes to detection.</p><p>However, an anti-malware engine doesn't do everything, and in fact it's totally insufficient for protection, as evidenced by the fact that the machine is quickly infected without any reaction from the engines.</p><p>Despite a good start, this lack of proactive protection severely undermines the rating.</p><p>I don't recommend it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
