You may set UAC to Always Notify.

In Avast set Hardened Mode to Aggressive in section RTP - Custom security settings

For "Virus and Malware Removal Tools", You may add EmsiSoft Emergengy Kit and HitManPro Free.

Thanks for advice's. I set UAC to always notify. Add EmsiSoft Emergengy Kit and set avast to hardened mode.
