Troubleshoot TeamViewer has stop working

I installed TeamViewer first time in my window 8.1 64bit system & it installed successfully. But when i click on it, after a few seconds a pop up message comes from action center & it says team viewer stopped working & when i click on action center it's told me to download new version but i already downloaded new version twice & reinstalled it but it's still not working. I checked team viewer service, it's running fine.

Anyways, any other alternative u know beside Teamviewer? thnx
