There seems to be very little information about this especially the "tweaks" and "config" sections. Other than that, the same can be accomplished using powershell scripts. I'd stay away until more is known about what this actually does.

Until recently Chris highly recommended Webroot as an antivirus. In a recent video he said that all third party antiviruses are better than Windows Defender. Perhaps there are better tweaking tools.
