right click on SD's tray icon, you will find the option, just untick it

@Fantasy you can also disable it by going to administration in shadow defender and untick enable desktop tip

I haven't heard of Time Freeze until now. Willing to test it out. who knows, I may find this useful. BTW I not a fan of Deep Freeze.
