Update: Added WSA-AV and disabled realtime protection of MBAM Pro.

I learned that MBAM was the one draining my laptop's battery so it will remain disabled till the product gets lighter.
 
I am liking it so far and quickly grew accustomed to the start screen after two days. Though the battery seems to drain 20% faster but I might just need to do some more tweaking.
 
i like its low resource usage, impressive compared to Win7.
 
2/12/2013: Added Zemana Anti-Logger Pro to current setup.

Forgot to mention that my minor battery drain issue on W8 Pro was fixed after installing the cumulative updates that had been released early post-RTM.
