Same origin as code redAh, yeah I remember that ILOVEYOU virus. It's one of the most devastating PC viruses and it was made here in the Philippines.

Maybe, like us, they were different people with similar interests in malware belonging to the same "CLUB"; and as some of us are familiar with in life: Every Super Hero has his/her Arch Nemesis Villain. In a comic book Bizarro Mirror Universe, Malware Tips might even be the Mal-fire Force whom starts fires rather than helping to put them out!
