I do a little research and found out that it was originated in Makati City, Philippines (not sure if it's true though).
I don't think he's also the creator of Code Red.but not known if it was the same person

The good ones are the self replicating and the viruses that delete them selves or have a kill switch like Flame did.

Very nice, I can't remember the significance of cylinder 4 unfortunately but I do remember being asked once what number the cylinders went up to and I said "2000" (the millenium cylinder) and a few days later this guy came back to me like "wtf, I'm trying to access cylinder 2000. Why isn't it working properly?" and I was like, go and play with your overwriters until you figure it out lol. An early example of a noob
