Qihoo really doesn't give me peace of mind or make me feel like my PC is safe.

It's good enough. WD does not block malicious websites, Norton ConnectSafe and Bitdefender TrafficLight deal with that

Windows Smartscreen in IE and Edge can block Phishing Sites. Windows Defender doesn't need a Web Filter because they are not practical.

If you don't use IE, you can disable it from Turn On/Off Windows Features, and will give you some piece of mind.

Enable Adware protection in Defender :)
Download the .reg file there and execute it, after it's done its thing restart your computer then check for updates in Windows Defender, then enjoy more protection

P.S: I did not make these instructions nor the .reg file so doing it is completely at your own risk.

I had an issue with Comodo firewall as well.

Apparently the firewall from here doesn't work/install on Windows 10
Comodo Free Firewall | Firewall Protection Software for PC

But the ones in this thread did work for me

@DracusNarcrym ZAM and 360 uses cloud (apart from BD and Avira engine within it), Anti-Executables - there aren't that many that get my attention Voodoo Shield disables UAC and uses too may resources, NVT EXE Radar is in BETA and AppGuard is not free...
