Hmm. I see. CIS/CFW just tend to cause distress to many users. :D

Also... your current config, although great in terms of detection, is mostly limited to signature-based detection (which might be ineffective against newly-emerging threats), lacking other security measures such as anti-executable software (e.g. NVT EXE Radar Pro, BRN AppGuard, Excubits Bouncer, etc), sandbox software (e.g. Sandboxie), full system sandboxing software (e.g. Shadow Defender) or even regular HIPS (e.g. Privatefirewall, COMODO Firewall, Outpost Firewall, etc).
Now, if you are feeling confident and comfortable with your set of security layers, then by all means, you're good to go! :p
It's just surprising that most of the software you currently use, utilize signature-based scanning technologies as their main security features, and lack advanced features such as the ones mentioned above. (without taking the sandbox of Q360TS, UAC and SmartScreen into consideration, of course)

Do you think you would need to implement software that utilize advanced security technologies, into your setup? (for example, software that incorporate anti-executable security mechanisms in their featureset)
Is PrivateFirewall any good?

Tweaked: Chrome to run in AppContainer (sandboxed)
Deleted: Files and folders used by uninstalled programs
Considering: Norton ConnectSafe

What do you think?

Added: Norton ConnectSafe (Secure DNS) - Security + Pornography enabled. Is there anyway I can verify it is working? @silversurfer @DracusNarcrym @Umbra @OpenSecLabs
Launch cmd.exe as administrator and enter the ipconfig /all command.
After it prints all information, look for the "DNS Server" entries and see if they match the IP addresses of Norton ConnectSafe.

Are there any other ways like a website that is blocked by Norton?

I looked around but the previous test pages Norton maintained for testing ConnectSafe do not work.

Try connecting to known malicious domains or websites with pornographic content. I know it's ridiculous, but it seems to currently be the only way of testing whether ConnectSafe DNS is functioning on your system or not.

Do you know an adware/phishing page?

No detection...
I wouldn't really recommend this, but you could try a link from Malware Domains, Malc0de, etc (which is also kind of ridiculous)
I don't even know if it's appropriate to mention those websites here. :/

Why don't you try the cmd method?

P.S. Continue this discussion in our conversation, let's not clutter the new posts feed.

@DracusNarcrym Yes I am definitely using Norton DNS but I looked on Safe Web (Norton) and found adware they blacklisted, I opened the link in a sandboxed browser (with JavaScript off and AppContainer on) and it opened...

Update:

Added: AOMEI Backupper Standard (full system image) stored on hard drive, Bitdefender TrafficLight (for Chrome) and other little tweaks.
Great update! The full system image is one of the most security measures of any config!
BitDefender TrafficLight, in my opinion, is by far the most reliable website rating filter.

Avast! Online Security, Web of Trust, Norton DNS and 360 Online Protection are very good combined (but a little overkill :p) I'm not sure it was a full system image I just used AOMEI Backup, there wasn't full system image option is backup full system image in AOMEI?

Test a blacklisted site from Norton Safe Web website.
Norton ConnectSafe

"Norton ConnectSafe performs a quick check on each site to make sure that the requested Web site is safe. If the requested Web site is unsafe, you will see a warning that includes information on why we rated the site as dangerous. This site rating comes from our Norton Safe Web database, which can be accessed at Is This Website Safe | Website Security | Norton Safe Web"
