Trojan/Rootkit Removal Help

System runs extremely slow. It is pretty much unusable. I started out by seeing a lot of msiexec.exe and conhost.exe chewing up the RAM and CPU. The respawn if killed. The same symptoms are happening in safe mode as well.

I ran Malwarebytes and removed everything.
I have ran combofix.
I have ran adwcleaner and removed everything.
I ran tdsskiller but it found nothing.
I ran Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit.
I ran Roguekiller. Removed a couple of the registry keys that had a bunch of random numbers and letters. It gave an IAT hooks warning.
I ran FRST but do not know where to go from there with this one. I have uploaded the logs from that.

Could someone please take a look? I really don't want to have to reformat. Thank you very much for any help.
