This happen for me as normal. (May be my Luck)
Application move from group to group automatic, regardless if it is digitally singed or not, controlled by KSN.

See 2 photos please, (Opera singed but in low group because of my setting and will be moved to trusted during some time by KSN).

The application move from group to group automatically with deferent reasons.

After 1 day opera move from low to trusted group (After opera update to latest), which the reason was......

No. They just need to make a minor change. It might already be fixed. I will try to get infos.

Just use the toggle switch in Application Control to disable powershell in both System32 and SysWOW64 - which is something that should be done any way.

A lot of things.
1 VS does not automatically whitelist software just because a lot of users have installed it
2 VS parses command lines and monitors vulnerable processes
3 VS checks hashes against Virus Total

But since TAM can block exe, com, dll, and other executables files (scripts), TAM also may blocks also command line executions...
