Currently the dev is working on a "Community feedback" system that will collect INSTALLED software list from all the clients.
So your exe will be in the list, the only exception is portable software.
Portable software is not a priority right now.
and i use portable why I want it to be implemented, in sumo work

New BETA: https://download.adlice.com/UCheck/Beta/UCheck64.exe
Minor fixes that some of you reported.
It's going to be probably the last one, if no other issues found for the client.

Some asked, what's next ?
- Release in production. However community feedback will be silent (no updates report) for at least some days, maybe a week, during data accumulation. If some server side fixes are needed, they'll be deployed at this time.
- We'll then enable community feedback as a feature for everyone. You'll be able to see the Updates. If everything goes well, that part should now be stable and fully automated.
- Then we'll work on portable apps support, with a new cycle of BETA versions (here)

No, I have not asked, but using the latest beta will add your programs to the application and portable support will come.
Community feedback is EXACTLY what SUMo is doing today.
In clear UCheck will support as many software as SUMo in a near future (database is getting populated every day automatically) with the COMMUNITY list.
In addition, UCheck supports other software entirely, meaning it knows where to download them and can provide additional information (look into "Download" tab to understand).
IMO it is not a finished product, there is a lot of development going on lately.
Just follow the Wilders thread and have patience :D

And this comment is for everyone.
I really appreciate the feedback, trully. But you have to understand UCheck isn't NEW software, it's been there for what, 7-8 years ?
We have a large user-base (I think around 2000 daily users) and we cannot do anything SUMo former users ask. It has to comply with current features, and extend them. Not regress.

TO EVERYONE.
Beta for Community feedback is closed, thank you all ! The version 5.0 is now in production: UCheck Software Updater | Patch your Programs • Adlice Software

- We will have a quiet week, see what happens, community updates will be silent, time to accumulate some data.
- Next week we will re-enable (if everything is fine) community updates, and start a new Beta for portable support.
