Q&A Unable to deactivate protection

Hello all,

Has anyone ran into the issue with 360TS and not being able to turn off protection? anytime I try it tells me only the administrator can do it, but my account is a admin account i've already checked just to make sure I didn't accidentally create a account without admin privileges.
