Troubleshoot Unable to Install Windows Vista on Old Computer

Hey guys! How do I get passed the "Windows is unable to find a system volume that meets its criteria for installation." error This computer doesn't have the power to run Win 7 so I am using stock Win Vista. Thanks!

The BIOS menu only allows me to change the boot order from what I see. The OS is NOT booting from the drive because the drive is fully wiped. There is no data at all on it.
I said that Windows Vista is booting from the drive with the installer.
Then you need probably to flash your BIOS.
