Troubleshoot Unexpected shutdown or restart and freezing

I install many appz unknown source
And run realtime protection Zemana bitdefender AVG
Unexpected restart or shutdown happened before install this security or after installing them
Also some freezing when use chrome but this issues did not happened months ago

When I enter Facebook using chrome and tabbing with system keyboard I did not install any keyboard is very slowly
Just Facebook other sites normal

Clean install Android.

AVG, Bitdefender and Zemana are insufficient from protecting you against your unwise decisions.
