Uniblue MaxiDisk is a handy and comprehensive solution designed to improve the performance of your system, remove unnecessary files and defragment your disks.

A computer’s hard disk is prone to accumulating unnecessary files, such as Windows temporary files and temporary internet files, which can either be created by applications or stored by a web browser.

While some files cannot be moved, other files can be defragmented to shorten loading time and free up valuable storage space. MaxiDisk is the compact solution to hard disk maintenance.

Uniblue is a untrustworthy company and ESET blocks them outright.

This is junkware and should be avoided.

have a nice day.

Uniblue has engaged in the use of misleading marketing tactics to sell their products, so yes some AV's will detect and block their products as PUP's or scareware.

Read commits at WOT and decide for yourself if you want to use their products.

Thanks. :D
