Uonisale virus. Please help!

So, my fiance came to me earlier to tell me he "suspects" he has a virus. I ask him what programs he has installed to protect his machine...he replies none. /facepalm. I have a very basic understanding of computers, but that's still about 10 times more than he does. I've removed most of the problems he was having, but this "Uonisale" will just not budge. I've attached the necessary FRST.txt and Addition.txt files. please help, thanks guys.
