Anyway, I cannot remove store, as changing my region to EEA country did not work.

This was made on purpose. Just changing region used to work, but Microsoft clearly saw that's being abused outside of EU so they blocked it. I wonder if when installing Windows and setting region as Ireland would work. I wouldn't be surprised if they used IP address to get the region as well.

If MS is checking IP address, it will not.
