Its only temporary because MR Free has a problem with taking a snapshot of windows 10 metadata info and MR exe has a fix but at the moment I'm not seeing any updates for HBCD PE, so I went Lazesoft. I'll add it to main post. Thanks.

Dx9/10/11 and older games not exiting cleanly or getting stuck at blackscreen unless the system is forced shutdown, is fixed on 18362.1 build of 19H1.

CCleaner usage is minimal and will be kicked out from all PCs in the future because its becoming a bloat.
Build 116 is under testing and will upgrade to once GP testing is done.
@DeepWeb I have added new uCodes for all intel chips via VMware patcher. MDS exploit prevention ucodes are added. Intel/AMD uCode fix for Spectre, HT bug fix and Meltdown.

Much easier way to do it. Just install this.
Edit: Don't forget to check the CPU model in the list though so that it's compatible with your CPU.

Can't upgrade to latest builds 116,145 because of hardware blocks on my PC because of creative audio, nvidia optimus,intel hd driver issues etc..

Will be downgrading v1903 to v1809 because there are lot of issues and I'm sick of Clean installing garbage OS. Its already my 5th clean install of v1903.

Removed:

KSC Free 2019 because it removed my custom scripts during in-place OS upgrade using an ISO. KSC settings reverted to defaults and deleted all my scripts and other scripts from chef koch's regtweaks repo.

I upgraded from 1803 to v1809 and was on latest update. Problem is, Post setup scripts which I added were deleted w/o user consent when I unchecked auto deletion. I paused KSC until restart. I'll try export settings and pause KSC permanently on my sis's PC and report back.
