• Added support for remote connections to ARM-based ESX hosts, enabling basic virtual machine operations.

VMware Workstation Pro 26H1u1 contains security and bug fixes.

• Automated Secure Boot Platform Key remediation:
  Introducing new capabilities to simplify Virtual Machine Platform Key (PK) remediation and address Microsoft Secure Boot certificate expiration.
  • Silent Platform Key Update in ESX: During a guest reboot, this option updates automatically the invalid VMW.NULLPK on Secure Boot-enabled and non-vTPM virtual machines.
  • Capsule Platform Key Update: During a guest reboot without interrupting TPM-based applications, this option enables a secure mechanism to safely update the invalid VMW.NULLPK on Secure Boot-enabled and vTPM-enabled Windows virtual machines. *
• This release resolves CVE-2026-59346 and CVE-2026-59347. For more information on these vulnerabilities and their impact on Broadcom products, see VMSA-2026-0007.

* The Capsule PK Update driver triggering the PK update is introduced in VMware Tools 13.1.5 for most Windows versions.
