Advice Request VPN in Emergency Time

In the middle of almost 2 weeks of demonstration in IRAN government ( NO Suprise ) Limit Internet even more and Restrict VPN or any tool that can bypass censorship or Protect User Interaction with Internet ( They go as far as Disconnect whole Country From outside world for 30 Minute ).
VPN Go Useless.
Only a Few Complex Proxy Systems Stay Online
In Special Momentum like this, How Bypass Restrictions and stay Secure as well?

( IRAN Government Buy All needed tools from Free world ( ) Countries so they are Sophisticated enough )

All of VPN Sevices Destroyed in few days.There is some Homemade VPN's Here But I Never Use them ( I'm not Stupid to play in their game )

Ultrasurf is my first tool in the toolbox.But I Drop it for some reason I don't remember now.

You need to dig around other VPNs.They cant block all VPNs because it's not possible to find all IPs! also they cant block the VPN protocol since they need it.don't use famous VPNs.
