Just read a report about this VPN,

Never ever use a VPN that gives livetime subs for 17 dollar! No way they can pay all the servers every month/year with this. U are the product. i would not touch just a cheap vpn. maybe im wrong, just my opion.

Which means they will only monitor you if they recieve subpoena or similar from the police/goverment

They trace their ip location and service after that they request the logs for a website connected on particular time
Companies will check the logs and give information about you

I think you misunderstood, the question is how do the police find you if your using the VPN
