I downloaded something and it snuck a download agreement in with the buttons to download the thing I was originally downloading and I ended up with WebDiscover, I uninstalled it with the windows uninstall program which caused immense lag e.g. I couldn't resize windows or anything, now when I open my pc about 2 minutes into opening it , it starts to lag to the point where it takes about 10 seconds for a click to be registered on any program (online or offline)
