Got this popup from a legit website. I have a Chromebook and it didn't seem to deliver any malware, just this popup "alert from Microsoft."
Don't know where I should post this but here is the link

Click at your own risk, did not affect my Chromebook and was not flagged by Google Safe Browsing or Adguard.

I'm not sure if you're serious.
It's not an addon. It's built-in feature on the browser. Chrome and Firefox (yes Firefox is also using GSB) have it.

I could not see it but was logged in. I used the screen shot and manually typed it in. Got same WD warning. Am in shadow mode but have not reinstalled net limiter so did not continue.

EDIT: spawn you ar correct I can see the code when not logged in but can not see while logged in.

This must have been a fresh malware undetected when I posted it.

Wow, these scammers are getting really lazy! As soon as you see that bogus "App Store" email address as well as the list of addresses it was sent to I don't see how anyone would even consider clicking on the attachment!

Maybe the macromalware is just a dropper and once executed, it can download the malicious executable that would have a higher ratio on VT.
