If it helps, it's not on the list of incompatible software for Kaspersky Total Security 2018 nor Kaspersky Total Security 2019.

Keep in mind Adguard Desktop is not free (the browser extension is free though), you should use the filters,

I have been using uBlock Origin for a long time in the Vivaldi browser in conjunction with the free version of Kaspersky Anti-Virus. No problem. Can be used with default settings.
