What are Your Disappointments with Security Softs ?

For some reason you cannot rely on one program alone (capability, compatibility with protected apps) but then it's incompatible with other "security" software that would compensate.

In such a case, we're all screwed... trying to create a well-balanced config can be a hassle. That's why users need MalwaretTips, Wilders, etc - to figure out what will work and what will not work.

Slows down system; heavy use of system resources
Incompatible with other installed softs.
Bugs; "malfunctions" of various types - e.g. freezes, crashes, feature failures, etc.
You report bugs, but they are not fixed.
* Poor technical support.
Does not detect\block malware.
Cannot\does not remove malware properly\completely.
GUI is not user-friendly.
* Learning how to use\configure for maximum security is difficult\time intensive.
* Nagging doubts about ability to protect system.​

@Huracan - those are my major gripes - with the novice\beginner in mind, but it seems, very few users see them as a concern based upon the poll results.
