Do you boot into portable OS and scan?

Upon what alchemy do you rely when seeking out the hidden, venomous spirits of unknown plague that creep unseen within the gears of thy machine?

By what art do you conduct so deep a search?

  • Do you, perchance, awaken a sovereign Linux host to cast its watchful gaze upon the slumbering, vulnerable provinces of Windows? And if so, what stout and valiant sentinel of armor—what grand defensive shield—do you command to execute this deed?
  • Or do you summon a portable vessel of USB, a wandering scribe of truth, to rouse the sleeping drives and purge the dark corruption from their roots?
Reveal thy mystical rites and forensic crafts, that we may know how thou dost banish these digital demons!

The question is super serio.

Verily, I employ the ancient Rite of Windows Defender.

I boot not from USB, nor summon the Linux spirits. I merely whisper “Scan now” unto the machine and retire to make tea.

If malware be found, I shall condemn it to the quarantine pits, where it may contemplate its sins for all eternity.

Such is my forensic methodology.
