Advice Request What free backup solutions are out there?

Does anyone know a free backup software that can backup folders/files? I tried a few but they either tool 5 hour to backup a 100mb file or can only backup disks.

Macrium Reflect has an option to back up folders and files. So does Aomei.

You are right. I have free edition on this computer, and when I clicked on the folder backup option, I got an offer to trial the premium edition...
