What happened to ccleaner?

Using ccleaner v5.63.7540 (15 Oct 2019) And since October there has been no update, why do we have a happened with ccleaner?

a new ccleaner should (according to what staff told us) be here the end of feb or beginning of march.

It has been almost three months since the last update. There used to be an update every month. What happened?

If there is no problem with the current version, we do not need regular updates. However, there are concerns about Avast as of 2019.10.

They are working to support the new chromium edge and are facing some problems with it, but I can't find that forum post right now.
Using PrivaZer more and more now, and they don't have any problems cleaning the new edge.

If you have bought the 'Pro' version you may have reason to have a go at Piriform as on the main page it does state CCleaner is updated one a month? It's around 4 now

I have recently used PrivaZer. This software seems to be a sincere sweeper, and it is very useful because the standard setting cleans it carefully so that it takes a little time. However, if you want to quickly wipe off the dust on the floor, cCleaner is also attractive.
By the way, in Japan, there seems to be quite a few users who continue to use cCleaner ver.5.35 or earlier intentionally.
